How our group managed to cope with people

I think our group managed with people overall very well.Me and jack had the main responsibility for the filming as we organised timings and who would be in our interviews with a variety of members of staff and students.Also we organised the scenes which would take place in our documentary.Then for the editing our whole group contributed with the ideas and organising the footage and where it should be placed with sound ect added to it for it to be more effective.For the scenes we created we used a student called 'Josh Boon'  and then our media teacher 'Oke', i feel we organised arranging for that scene to happen very well as we fitted it around when Josh didn't have lessons and when Oke was teaching us then on the day we got our equipment together and filmed in one take and it had a very successful outcome in our documentary.Then for our main interview we used the Director of the college Jonathan Stewart we spoke to him before our lesson and asked whether he was free during our next lesson and what we would like him for and he agreed to do an interview for our documentary so overall i think it was a great success.So throughout the task we managed people very well.

How our group coped when problems arose

I feel overall our group coped well when problems arose. There were 2 main problems that we had.The first problem that arose was that we completed a large part of our footage and when it came to uploading it on the mac we realised that all the footage we recorded was out of focus,our way that we dealt with this is that we just re filmed all the parts which were unfocused.Then the second problem that arose was when we came to putting the drop frames onto final cut so we needed assistance from Pete and he sorted it all out.So these were the only two problems that arose during our assignment and we sorted them out so i feel this is why i feel our group coped well when problems arose.
